Luke Littler has almost certainly qualified for the
Premier League Darts playoffs. 'The Nuke' won his third weekly title of the season Thursday night in Liverpool.
The 17-year-old Englishman brought his points tally to 31, and can't really escape a spot in the last four. Luke Humphries is the number two with 26 points, while number three Nathan Aspinall is on 25 points.
Michael van Gerwen lost to Rob Cross in the semifinals, but did trail number five Michael Smith by two points. Van Gerwen is now on 24 points, while Smith remained stuck on 20 points.
Smith himself had already lost in the quarterfinals to "Voltage," who did pass Gerwyn Price in the standings as a result. Peter Wright is still bottom of the Premier League Darts with only four points.
