Price dumped out in second round at Players Championship 1 as Last 32 line-up confirmed

Gerwyn Price will not claim victory at Players Championship 1 today in Barnsley after being dumped out by Jim Williams in the second round today.

Williams was clinical in a 6-4 victory despite Price averaging 101. This means also a big chance has opened up at the top of the draw.

'The Quiff' will now face Kim Huybrechts, with Krzysztof Ratajski and James Wade the other main board final. Also in that section include Brian Raman facing Jason Lowe and Ryan Searle taking on Cameron Menzies.

Peter Wright is still in and will face Keane Barry, while the winner of that tie faces Andy Boulton or the surprise package, Scott Williams who has been superb today.

Jonny Clayton faces Mervyn King, while Dimitri van den Bergh takes on Stephen Bunting. Gary Anderson, Jose de Sousa and Michael Smith are also still involved.

As is Michael van Gerwen who will face Daryl Gurney, with Lee Evans or Rowby-John Rodriguez awaiting - this after the former overcame a 5-0 deficit to defeat Rob Cross 6-5.

Another star tie sees Richie Burnett face Joe Cullen, while Luke Humphries is already through to face the winner of Smith and Edhouse after seeing off Kevin Doets 6-2. The other Last 32 clash sees a welcome return to the latter stages for Berry van Peer who faces Dave Chisnall.
