Gerwyn Price is the first player through to the semi-finals at the Players Championship Finals after an exceptional victory over Stephen Bunting.
Price is now 11 televised matches unbeaten after thrashing Bunting 10-3 with a 108.7 average; which included four 180's and 62.5 percent on the doubles as he moved through in Minehead.
After winning his second major televised title last weekend at the Grand Slam of Darts, he will have a third in his sights later on.
Bunting himself started well hitting a 180 but missed two darts at doubles and Price as a result pounced on that with a 75 finish to claim the opening leg.
From there he claimed a break of throw hitting a 14 darter on double 10 to double his lead and take the impetus.
At the interval this was extended with another break as he went 4-1 up with a 104 average. Bunting wasn't disgracing himself down at 99 but just couldn't match Price.
Bunting pegged him back to 4-2 behind but Price asserted his dominance with a 116 checkout to go 6-2 up.
It was three legs on the spin as he went 7-2 up and at the interval he was marching towards the finish averaging around that 108 mark as he was only two legs away.
Bunting hit a 121 checkout to stop the rot at 8-3 behind but it was very much it from there for 'The Bullet' as Price stormed to a brilliant victory.
