From 24 to 26 March, the European Darts Open is scheduled in Leverkusen. At this Euro Tour tournament, £175,000 in prize money will be distributed.
All qualifiers are guaranteed £1250, while the top-16 players on the European Darts Open's placement list will receive £2,500 anyway. However, these 16 players must win their first game in the second round for the prize money to actually count towards the world rankings and other rankings.
Qualifiers who win their first game thus also go to at least £2,500 in prize money. Third-rounders are good for £4000, while quarter-finalists go home with £6000 anyway. Semi-finalists will get at least £8500, before the rewards go into the five figures for reaching the final.
The winner of the second Euro Tour tournament of the season will go home with £30,000. For the runner-up at the European Sea Darts Open, £12,000 awaits.
