Prize Money breakdown for the Grand Slam of Darts with ÂŁ550,000 on offer

The Grand Slam of Darts is coming up very quickly with 32 players set to face off for ÂŁ125,000 in the end.
Prize fund breakdown has been revealed with it being ÂŁ550,000 overall and all starting off with ÂŁ4,000 at least for the fourth place player in the group.
Third in the group will get ÂŁ7,500 for their efforts; while if you reach Round Two it goes up to ÂŁ10,000.
Add in the caveat though of ÂŁ2,500 for the group winner and even if they lose in Round Two they will get more than the other losing players.
In terms of losing Quarter-Finalists, it goes up to ÂŁ20,000. Semi-finalists get ÂŁ40,000 while if you finish runner-up it is ÂŁ65,000.
With the tournament now being ranked, this money for the most part barring for the BDO players will be added to the PDC Order of Merit.
