Production companies throw big money at documentary on Luke Littler

Luke Littler has become arguably the biggest name in the sport of darts in recent weeks, after his amazing performance at the World Darts Championship.

The 16-year-old Englishman reached the final at the World Darts Championship early this month, in which he lost 7-4 to Luke Humphries. However, the wonderkid's performance caught everyone's imagination, and many production companies want to now film his story.

Among others, production company SBX Studios (the company of boxer Anthony Joshua) has reportedly made a multimillion-dollar offer to bring Littler's story to the big screen.

What is certain is that the World Championship finalist, celebrated as a "prodigy," will certainly be featured in a documentary announced by Sky Sports. This will take a behind-the-scenes look at the past World Darts Championship.

Littler is currently enjoying a well-deserved holiday. However, he will not have to sit idle for too long, as he will already get to work again on the opening night of the Premier League Darts in early February and on the World Series of Darts in Bahrian and the Netherlands.
