The Quarter-Final line-up has been confirmed at Players Championship 9 with the first day of the PDC Summer Series coming ever closer towards its conclusion.

Line-up wise, it is flanked with the likes of World Champion Peter Wright, World Number One Michael van Gerwen and Premier League leader Glen Durrant.
Wright was facing off against current World Matchplay champion, Rob Cross and won 6-2 with a 96 average to book a Quarter-Final against Durrant; who himself edged past the dangerous Jason Lowe.
Van Gerwen on the other-hand was too good for Jamie Hughes averaging 102 in a 6-1 victory and despite allowing the Tipton ace multiple chances; he didn't take them and gave Mighty Mike one of his more comprehensive victories after a day of hard fought ties.
He will take on Danny Noppert - one of the most consistent players on the Players Championship series who defeated Stephen Bunting 6-3. Speaking of consistency, Gabriel Clemens and Krzysztof Ratajski are both through.
Clemens will take on Mensur Suljovic after defeating Steve Beaton; while Ratajski eased past Eddie Lovely to continue his run. He will face a tough test though in Dave Chisnall who averaged 104 in the performance of the round against Ricky Evans.
