Results Players Championship 6, Last 64: Van Gerwen versus Anderson set for Last 32, White hits 113 average in win over Meulenkamp

The results are in from the Last 64 at Players Championship 6 with a big clash set up between Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson for the Last 32.

Van Gerwen and Anderson have had some brilliant battles over the years and will have another one at Robin Park Tennis Centre in Wigan.

This comes after two brilliant displays from the duo to make it through. The former defeated Rowby-John Rodriguez in a 6-2 win with a 102.3 average. While Anderson defeated Mervyn King 6-4 with a 103.7 average and so if both can reproduce that when they face each other, it could be a cracking tie.

Multiple other players are impressing as well today with Ian White following up a 105 average in his opener to a 113.8 average against Ron Meulenkamp to win 6-4. Could 'Diamond' sparkle today?

Premier League stars Nathan Aspinall and Gerwyn Price also had averages over a ton in their respective wins, while Daryl Gurney who has not had the best form on the ProTour this season is also through after defeating Kai Fan Leung 6-3.
