Rock, Littler, Van Veen, Brooks and Barry among those into knockout stage at PDC World Youth Championship 2023

The group stage of the 2023 PDC World Youth Championships has concluded. Although there were numerous well-known players to drop out, reigning champion Josh Rock safely navigated passage to the knockout stages.

In addition to Rock, other major title contenders Gian Van Veen, Wessel Nijman, Nathan Rafferty, Dylan Slevin, Keane Barry, Luke Littler, Bradley Brooks and Sebastian Bialecki also made it through the pool phase harmlessly.
The curtain did fall for a number of favourites and outsiders in the group stage. Among others Lewy Williams, Rusty-Jake Rodriguez, Ciaran Teehan, Adam Gawlas and Owen Roelofs did not reach the knockout stage.

- This is exactly what I mean,littler survives the 1st round,I think you'll find a lot of other players did. Can you just report on the real sport,and not just 1 person. I like Luke,but this is getting boring now,as Kevin painter once said to Taylor!! The sport is about every player,not 1 who everyone seems to have put the sport on the map.,which he hasn't,he's just got in when the money is massive.
