The afternoon session is complete at the International Darts Open in Riesa with Franz Roetzsch dumping out Rob Cross in the standout display to complete the session.
Roetzsch saw off Cross with a stunning 103 average and hit 60% of his doubles to back up his victory against Brendan Dolan yesterday.
It wasn't poor by any means from 'Voltage' with a 94 average but doubles were the main difference at times with 3/11 from the reigning European Champion but it is the Host Nation Qualifier who reaches the Last 16 for the first time.
While Dave Chisnall produced an impressive display once more to defeat Ron Meulenkamp in a 6-3 win. The St Helens ace who has been in good form as of late hit a 104.4 average in seeing off 'The Bomb' with three 180's and a high checkout of 135.
Finally James Wade is through after coming back from 2-0 down to defeat Swedish ace Andreas Harrysson 6-3 with a high checkout of 167. It was a typical clinical Machine display at times with 6/14 on the doubles.
