Ryan Searle takes lead position on Players Championship Order of Merit in third final of 2024

Ryan Searle is also the new leader on the Players Championship Order of Merit after winning the third Players Championship tournament. 'Heavy Metal' was in his third final of the season, but now managed to win one for the first time.
Searle already earned £35,000 in prize money during the first three ranking tournaments. With that, he leaves Gary Anderson in second place with £26,000, while Luke Littler, with £19,500, has also already racked up considerable prize money.

Behind them follow Callan Rydz, Peter Wright and Gian van Veen with 8,500 pounds each. After all the Players Championship tournaments, the top 64 ranked players will compete in the Players Championship Finals. This tournament from Nov. 22 to 24 will be played in Minehead.

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
