The final tungsten action is here before the PDC World Darts Championship with the Players Championship Finals set to return to Minehead after a year away from its usual home due to Covid-19. Starting at 12:45 GMT this afternoon, there will be two stages initially as the first round takes place.
Among those in action on Friday afternoon include Ryan Searle in a quality tie with Simon Whitlock, Michael Smith faces William Borland, Dimitri van den Bergh returns after his spell away with Covid to face Madars Razma.
While James Wade off the back of another good run will take on Ricky Evans, Nathan Aspinall takes on Jeff Smith and ending proceedings off are two resurgent names in Adrian Lewis and Kim Huybrechts.
That is only the Main Stage with Stage Two from Red's seeing the likes of Scott Mitchell, Mervyn King, Brendan Dolan, Steve Beaton and the Rodriguez brothers in action. All of that will be shown on PDCTV.
