Schedule and preview Sunday afternoon session 2023 Dutch Darts Championship including Smith-Wright and Chisnall-Rock

It is the final day at the 2023 Dutch Darts Championship on Sunday in Leeuwarden with sixteen players left to do battle for the latest European Tour title.

Michael van Gerwen will be the forerunner as the home hero and will face a familiar foe that he has already defeated this season on the European Tour in Martin Schindler second up.

It all begins though with Keane Barry and Ryan Searle who were two of the best performers on Saturday with both producing ton plus averages with the latter hitting 109. A fast paced affair, it will be blink and you miss it darts.

So will Michael Smith v Peter Wright in one of the leading ties of the session followed by another high scoring affair in Josh Rock - Peter Wright. Then it is the battle of the walk-ons.

Damon Heta has continued to add to his repertoire of fan friendly European Tour walk-ons but unintentionally was usurped by Dirk van Duijvenbode who fell on his backside against Dylan Slevin. They go back to back with Van Duijvenbode facing Stephen Bunting and Heta taking on Berry van Peer.

Before to end the session, Nathan Aspinall faces Danny Noppert and Luke Humphries takes on Andrew Gilding. It will as ever go in draw bracket order so the winners face each other.
