Peter Wright will face
Dave Chisnall in the second Quarter-Final at the
Dutch Darts Championship in Leeuwarden after a standout display from 'Snakebite' in moving through.
Wright has gone from the poor to the sublime after averaging mid 70's in being beaten last week in Graz but in the past week has seen off Michael van Gerwen in the Premier League and now finds himself in the Quarter-Finals in Holland.
In doing so, he saw off Michael Smith coming from 3-1 down to win 6-4 with a 102.7 average, six 180's and 60% on the doubles in an accomplished display against the World Number One and World Champion.
While Chisnall next up was also superb in seeing off last week's finalist Josh Rock who averaged just 91 in defeat 6-3.
The St Helens ace who is a winner on the
European Tour this season produced a 102.5 average, five 180's and 60% on the doubles and joins Wright, Michael van Gerwen and Keane Barry in tonight's final session.
