Now the turkey, presents and festive cheer are concluded comes the return of Dartmas in full force with the 2022/23 PDC World Darts Championship resuming on Tuesday afternoon.
The third round sees the format go up meaning one less game each session but it all begins with three top ties from 12:30 GMT.
Main one being Josh Rock against Nathan Aspinall. Rising star who has been on every darting fans radar this year against a player who any other year would've received even more plaudits.
Aspinall who has reached two major finals this year will be looking to cement a return to the darting elite with Premier League and World Series potentially on his horizon. But his toughest test and one of in the round as a whole comes in the Northern Irishman.
While not playing his best so far, he has won through relatively comfortably with Jose Justicia posing some trouble but not enough for a shock and Callan Rydz not turning up. If both turn up, it could be a classic.
Dimitri van den Bergh after a poor year will himself be looking to force himself back into the conversation and starts the afternoon against Krzysztof Ratajski.
While Jonny Clayton concludes it against Brendan Dolan - both of whom played on the final day with 'The History Maker' complaining about the timing in which he was forced to play. But will he be straight back home or will he conclude a poor 2022 for Clayton with a passage through to the fourth round.
