Peter Wright is among the line-up. He is one of a number of players who needed a second chance to reach the second phase of this tournament. The reigning World Champion did not get through his first group, but did take his second chance by seeing off a group including Krzysztof Ratajski and Justin Pipe.
Jelle Klaasen who is also involved immediately claimed victory through his first group. The Dutchman saw off the likes of Gabriel Clemens in the seventh group of the PDC Home Tour.
Ryan Murray has been one of the surprise packages so far and he won Group 20 by finishing above Joe Cullen and Jermaine Wattimena. Cristo Reyes finally had to wait sometime to play in the PDC Home Tour but claimed one of the final groups to win through and complete Tuesday’s line-up.
The players who win Groups One-Four will go onto Semi-Final One on Wednesday June 3 with the winners from Groups Five-Eight set to play on Thursday June 4 before that aforementioned Championship Group.
