Schedule PDC Home Tour – Night Thirteen including Steve Beaton
The next round of fixtures are upon us in the PDC Home Tour with a fans favourite set to take part on Wednesday night.
That is Steve Beaton who will grace the oche later on tonight as the favourite to win through to the next round. ‘The Bronzed Adonis’ previously played in Darts at Home initially ran by the PDC ; so he has some experience already in this.
So does another player involved tonight in the form of Matthew Edgar. Well known now to many due to his YouTube channel Edgar TV; he will hope to harness the so called Edgar Nation to win through the field tonight after not performing to his best last time out.
This is a tough group though; with the final two involved posing a threat and that is Bedlington ace Callan Rydz who despite not having results go his way on his first full year on the tour was previously one of the best without a Tour Card and can produce some stunning darts.
Then it’s Carl Wilkinson who despite not being up there in the PDC rankings has shown form in spells during his Tour Card tenure. As usual though; what these events show is that the big names don’t always have it their own way so will that be the case tonight?
Every evening, the four players will each face off; with each match being the best of nine legs. This group stage lasts 32 days with that amount of players set to reach the next round to play it out from there to crown a winner.
All players have webcams set up in their houses and say their scores out loud; to make sure that they can be inputted correctly without any cheating taking place.
With each night’s action commencing at 1930 BST, darts commentator Dan Dawson will be on hand to talk through proceedings; which will also include live score graphics on screen.
In addition all live-scores can be followed on DartConnect; with match statistics being available after every match.
