Martin Schindler defeated Karel Sedlacek 6-2 in the second round of the
Belgian Darts Open on Saturday afternoon and will meet Rusty-Jake Rodriguez in the last 16.
The Wall is looking forward to this match with confidence. "Of course I was warned about him (Rodriguez, ed.), but I'm not afraid of anyone anymore. Those times are over. I'm focused on myself and my goal. Hopefully I'll win. If not, same thing."
In his match against Sedlacek, Schindler was already leading 3-0 before his Czech opponent got on the scoreboard. The Wall saw that as the basis for his victory: "You have to be there from the first second. And I was - I think - good at finishing. I took my chances.''
