Hear from Fallon Sherrock after she collected her second PDC Women's Series title of the day...
Fallon Sherrock returned to action after her brilliance in Copenhagen at the Nordic Darts Masters with two titles under her belt at the PDC Women's Series.
Sherrock saw off Deta Hedman in Event Three final and was in supreme form all day going into a good position ahead of the second lot of three tournaments.
"The final against Deta (Hedman) was really good. We looked at the averages afterwards and during the game you could feel it was a really good game but it's actually seeing the averages afterwards I was like Deta please stop hitting the 180's against me," said Sherrock to PDC post match.
Mentality after World Series success
Shifting from Copenhagen to playing back in Milton Keynes, Sherrock admitted that it was all about forgetting about that.
"Don't think of Copenhagen. Coming into this I was like it's a different environment, it's different games. When I come here today, I was like take each game as it comes and just see what is being put up in front of you. I was trying not to think of all the pressure and think of what I've done, I was just like keep focused."
Mindset on Women's Series incentives
Among the incentives at the Women's Series is of course a return to the World Championship where she had her success as well as the Grand Slam.
But it is very much about keeping grounded for Sherrock after getting so close last year and falling at the last hurdle.
"Most important was that I was just trying to get a good start this weekend. My mentality is try and get a good start in Milton Keynes and go into Barnsley with a little less pressure on my shoulders because I was absolutely gutted losing out by two legs last year."
"I can't just get carried away with it because I've just won two comps."
