Fallon Sherrock just like last year has made it to the Quarter-Finals of the
Nordic Darts Masters despite in this case an under-par display from 'The Queen of the Palace' which unlike last week was not pounced upon by Darius Labanauskas.
Labanauskas was predicted to potentially dump out Sherrock for a second week in a row with Leonard Gates accounting for her in New York but the former World Championship Quarter-Finalist had a horror show on the doubles with 16/17 missed by 'Lucky D' who was very much unlucky with a 76 average to boot.
Sherrock only averaged 80 but took her chances to take a 4-0 lead. Labanauskas spared his blushes in his solitary leg before Sherrock produced a 142 checkout to go one away. It was finished off nicely with a 15-darter and the Milton Keynes thrower moves on.
While
James Wade who was quality in his first game in particular will look to continue that form this weekend and started well with a 6-3 success over Madars Razma prior to Sherrock sealing victory.
