Sherrock v Hammond and Ashton v Hedman set for semi-finals at Grand Slam of Darts Women's Qualifier

The Grand Slam of Darts Women's Qualifier which is the first action of the PDC Women's Series weekend is into the semi-final stage with four top names left in the running in Barnsley.

Among them is Fallon Sherrock who will take on Corrine Hammond in the semi-finals after edging past Laura Turner 5-3. 'The Queen of the Palace' put in the performance of the round average wise hitting a 86.5 against Turner.

Hammond on the other hand came through a deciding leg win over Beau Greaves. While in the other semi-final, it is PDC Tour Card holder Lisa Ashton who saw off Vicky Pruim 5-1 with an 85 average after defeating Sherrock's twin sister Felicia in the Last 16.

Next up will be in-form Deta Hedman who impressed during the recent Challenge Tour weekend and her form has continued defeating multiple World Champion, Anastasia Dobromyslova. Who will claim the spot in Coventry?
