Luke Littler was already good for two nine-dart finishes this season, but on Wednesday, "The Nuke" also faced a perfect leg himself. Against him, Simon Whitlock managed to pin a nine-dart finish.
The two darters met during the Tour Card-qualifying tournament for the European Darts Grand Prix. At 1-1, Whitlock managed to start the third leg with two 180 scores, followed by the 141 finish in the third turn.
Whitlock then managed to take a 4-2 and 5-4 lead against Littler, but still lost the match. Littler came back to 5-5 and then decided the match with an 11-darter.
