Smith only fifth player to reach quarter-finals at least 30 times on European Tour

Michael Smith went down 6-1 against Josh Rock in the quarter-finals of the Belgian Darts Open last weekend.
For Smith, it was the thirtieth quarterfinal of his career on the European Tour. 'Bullyboy' thus joins an illustrious list of players.
Since the European Tour started in 2012, only four other players have managed to reach more quarter-finals.
Michael van Gerwen tops this list with 63 quarter-finals, and Peter Wright follows in second place with 48. Dave Chisnall completes the top three with 32 quarter-finals and just ahead of Smith is Mensur Suljovic with 31 quarter-finals.
