Despite losing to Gerwyn Price in the opening game of this week's Premier League Darts in Nottingham, Michael van Gerwen still leads the way after Week Six.
Van Gerwen remains on 14 points, while Peter Wright came a little closer and is now in second place with twelve points. Jonny Clayton is third with ten points, followed by Gerwyn Price on nine points to round out the top four.
Michael Smith, who lost to Gary Anderson in the final on Thursday evening, rose from seventh place to fifth position. Anderson traded last place for sixth place. That was at the expense of James Wade and Joe Cullen. Wade dropped from fourth to seventh. Cullen is now bottom.
