After four nights this week in the second iteration of MODUS A Night at the Darts, Martin Adams is looking increasingly likely to claim the week.
The three-time Lakeside champion was the group winner for a third consecutive day on Thursday. With 24 points from sixteen games, Adams now has a big lead going into the last two days. Adams
has played four more matches than his nearest rivals in
David Evans,
Wessel Nijman and
Boris Koltsov. They all have fourteen points after twelve matches.
Jason Askew (ten points) and
Scott Mitchell (four points) though will no longer figure for the overall honours this week with it being left to the top four.
