Taylor and Sherrock will face off via an electronic soft-tip board called the Nexus supplied by Target which features a built-in webcam and microphone to see each other and then they will have cameras in their homes to show both the board and themselves throwing.
The game will be played over the best of 13 legs and will be broadcast live on Sky Sports as well as online through YouTube.
Per 180 score, £1,000 will be added to the tally with an extra £200 given when a double is hit first time. Last month Taylor and Raymond van Barneveld raised no less than £15,000 and he also played last week defeating Mikuru Suzuki.
Sherrock herself was part of the punditry team with Dave Clark and was challenged by Wayne Mardle and Stuart Pyke on commentary to have a go and when put on the spot, she accepted the challenge.
The duo have faced off a few times during lockdown with ties in the MODUS A Night at the Darts and MODUS Champions Series taking place.
