THROWBACK VIDEO: Lewis becomes first player to throw nine-dart finish in World Darts Championship final

With the PDC World Darts Championship coming up next week, DartsNews continues to look back at some of the best moments and matches from previous iterations in this tournament.

Adrian Lewis made history in 2011 by becoming the first - and so far only - player ever to hit a nine-dart finish in a World Darts Championship final. Jackpot threw his perfect leg in the final against Gary Anderson.

It was in the third leg of the first set, when Lewis managed to hit the perfect leg. Later he won 7-5 in sets to win his first of two world titles.
