The final session of action begins shortly at the 2020 UK Open Darts with four players left in the running for the title in Minehead with only one player left not a former major champion.
That is Jonny Clayton and he is of course a European Tour and multiple ranking winner and he will take on fellow Welshman, Gerwyn Price who has continued his run in major tournaments in reaching this point by defeating Dimitri van den Bergh.
The World Cup partners will face off and while Price will be a likely favourite, Clayton knows what it takes to overcome the odds and reach a major final.
Then it is the turn of Michael van Gerwen who since surviving a scare against Jason Lowe yesterday has been imperious throughout. He claimed victories over James Wade and Rob Cross since with the latter seeing him
hit a 110 average, he is looking like a man on a mission and Daryl Gurney will be the one who hopes to stop him.
'Superchin' has form in beating the World Number One but has survived scares in basically all his games so far with his
match against Jelle Klaasen case and point at that. The opportunity of the final though may spur him on to dump out MVG.
