Dimitri van den Bergh sits atop the Premier League Darts table after Night Six to continue his excellent start to life in the darting roadshow.
Van den Bergh saw off early pacesetter, Jonny Clayton and believes he is now safe from potential relegation but to be top of the standings is 'unexpected'.
"It was very unexpected. I've been trying 100% in any way I can. The week that you have a bit off you should feel ok especially after the week I've played but for some reason, it went a bit against me. I never expected it but I am so happy about it," said Van den Bergh post match.
"I think that today the points that I've won are extremely important to pass my first goal was for me to pass Judgement Night. So far being top of that league, I never expected it from the beginning so I think I can just say happy days."
