Van Gerwen and Price move into Players Championship 6 final

Michael van Gerwen and Gerwyn Price will face each other later this Sunday in the final of the sixth Players Championship event.

Van Gerwen needed the full thirteen legs to saw off Krzysztof Ratajski (7-6) in his semi-final. The Polish ace had the throw in the leg-decider, but couldn't use that advantage. Mighty Mike hit a 13-darter to edge through to the final.

Price's semi-final went a bit quicker. The Iceman proved to be too strong for Stephen Bunting and claimed a 7-3 win over the former Lakeside champion.
