At the resumption of the Challenge Tour, Event 11 went to Danny van Trijp. It is his second title of the season after winning the ninth tournament during the last block.
Van Trijp was too strong for Jelle Klaasen after an all Dutch final 5-2. Earlier in the tournament, he defeated Arsen Ballaj (5-2), Paulo Ferreira (5-4), Ciaran Teehan (5-2), Roy van de Griendt (5-3), Patrick van den Boogaard (5-4) and Karel Sedlacek (5-4).
The Challenge Tour circuit is open for players who have participated in the Q-School, but have not won a Tour Card. On this tour, you can seal Tour Cards for 2023 and 2024 and World Championship spots. The highest ranked players on the PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit also qualify for the reserve places at the Players Championships.
