Michael van Gerwen wasn't at his best yesterday and should've lost to Kim Huybrechts but he is not wasting any time today with perfection at the
German Darts Grand Prix.
Van Gerwen pinned the effort which saw him go the traditional 180, 180, 141 route against Ryan Searle on the stage at the Zenith as the crowd went wild.
He went 4-1 up as a result as he showed his appreciation towards the crowd. It has not been the greatest of years for MVG who has battled issues with his form but he will hope that this Easter Monday he can put it all together.
He will face Ryan Joyce if he manages to get through who saw off Niels Zonneveld earlier today.
