Once again the European Tour delivered a fantastic weekend of darts, this time Riesa, Germany for the International Darts Open.
Highlights from the event include a stunning 161 checkout by Jonny Clayton in his win over Dave Chisnall and home crowd favourite Liam Maendl-Lawrance beating the former Lakeside champion Richie Burnett.
Eventual winner Gerwyn Price was pushed all the way in a high quality third round encounter with Mike de Decker. Martin Schndler defeated the former 5-time champion of the world, Raymond van Barneveld and a pair of current Premier League stars on his run to the semi-finals, much to the enjoyment of a raucous German crowd before Michael van Gerwen was blown away by rival Gerwyn Price in the final.
