The WSDT has announced the playing schedule for the World Seniors Darts Championship 2024. From Feb. 15 to 18, 32 senior darters will compete for the senior world title.

On all days of play, there will be an afternoon session and an evening session. On Thursday afternoon, Feb. 15, the tournament kicks off with a duel between Scott Mitchell and Matt Clark. Later in the afternoon, John Henderson and Paul Hogan, among others, will also be in action.

The evening session features Lisa Ashton, Glen Durrant, Mark Dudbridge and Kevin Painter, among others. The second day of play will open with a duel between Martin Adams and Deta Hedman. Defending champion Robert Thornton will also play on Friday afternoon. He makes his appearance against Martyn Turner. Keith Deller, Richie Burnett, Tony O'Shea and Andy Hamilton also start the tournament in the afternoon session Feb. 16.

The final matches from the first round will be played on Friday night. Title favourite Leonard Gates then plays against Colin McGarry, while Darryl Fitton takes on Chris Mason. Phil Taylor begins his very last World Championship appearance against Manfred Bilderl, then Richie Howson and John Part conclude the first round.

The second round will be played on Saturday, Feb. 17, after which the eight quarterfinalists will compete for a spot in the final four on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 18. The semifinals and finals will be played on Sunday evening, Feb. 18.
