Webster produces comeback to see off Group winner Nijman, Van Barneveld ends week with victory over Jenkins

Wessel Nijman may have still finished top for a third day this week and claimed the honours for the first week of the Icons of Darts Live League but he ended on a defeat to Mark Webster.
Webster was 4-1 down and seemingly going to lose out to Nijman who has been exceptional all day on his return to the Icons of Darts Live League after his day off and along the way, the Dutchman ended up missing double 12 for a nine-dart finish.
But despite that 'Webby' ended up reeling off four consecutive legs to deny Nijman a clean sweep for the day and end his campaign on a high.
Before that, Raymond van Barneveld claimed his first win of the day at the fourth time of asking as he saw off Andy Jenkins 5-3 for a second day running to end what has been a poor campaign at times from the legendary Dutchman.
He started the week poorly after being installed as the early favourite and while he picked up wins on most days after, he struggled to put together a good series as a result finishes in the bottom two.
