The first week of the MODUS Icons of Darts Live League is complete with David Evans taking the honours and becoming the first week winner.
Evans face a long wait to find out if he was going to win the League for the week with him not playing today due to all players receiving one day off out of the six.
But
Wessel Nijman losing out to
Mark Webster in a last leg decider despite winning the day meant that by leg difference of only one leg, 'Stretch' took it.
He finished on 30 points tied with Nijman.
Paul Nicholson was next who won on the penultimate day and had a strong showing again on Saturday with 22 points.
Then it was
Andy Jenkins only two points behind on 20 who of course had the first day off but played well from there winning 10 and losing 10 overall.
The bottom two comprised of the favourite when the week began,
Raymond van Barneveld on 10 points with five wins but -31 leg difference and finally
Mark Webster just behind on eight points.
The Modus Icons of Darts Live League will return on Monday, with the champion set to be crowned in early May. Once again it will be streamed and the data will be on DartConnect for those who can't watch it live. Who will be the next winner?
