The semi-final line-up has been confirmed at Players Championship 29 with Ian White against Ron Meulenkamp and Brendan Dolan versus Peter Wright set in Barnsley.
White averaged 100 in making it repeat against Joe Cullen but in not as close an affair between the pair showing 'Diamond's prowess on the Players Championship series.
His next task though comes from Ron Meulenkamp who edged past Dave Chisnall in a 6-3 win with a brilliant 108 average with 'Chizzy' himself averaging 106 in defeat.
Brendan Dolan also produced the goods as he searches for a second title of the year averaging 104 in easing past Gerwyn Price 6-2.
The performance potentially of the year came from Peter Wright though who smashed in a
123.5 average in whitewashing Krzysztof Ratajski.
Despite some of the big names not taking part in Barnsley, the void is very much being filled with some mind-blowing darts being hit.
