Williams joins illustrious list of Welsh winners with maiden ProTour triumph

Jim Williams sealed his maiden ProTour title this past weekend and as a result, he joins an illustrious list of Welsh winners.

Starting with Barrie Bates back in 2006 and 2010, he was joined in the latter year by former Lakeside champion, Mark Webster.

Then he was joined by former World Champion, Richie Burnett in 2011. While the other winners as expected were Gerwyn Price who has won titles in 2016, 2019, 2020 & 2021.

As well as Jonny Clayton who won titles in 2017, 2019 & 2021. Now Williams has joined that list.
