Scott Williams leads the way in the 2022 PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit after the opening weekend of action.
A double title haul sees Williams already onto £4,050 ahead of Jim McEwan on £2,900. Stu Wilson and Steve Haggerty (£2,100 and £2,000) follow along while Lee Evans is the best of the rest in terms of non title winners on £1,800.
The Challenge Tour circuit is open to players who have participated in the Q-School, but have not won a Tour Card. On this tour players can earn reserve spots for the Pro Tour 2022 and Tour Cards for 2023 and 2024. The highest ranked players on the PDC Challenge Tour Order of Merit fill up the available spots on the Players Championship events.
