Wilson was the class of the latest
PDC Home Tour II with only a defeat to Hamilton 5-2 in his third match of the day standing between him and a clean sweep. This came after defeating
William Borland (5-4) and Jamie Hughes (5-1).
He added to that with wins over
Ted Evetts (5-3),
Bradley Brooks (5-3) and
Harald Leitinger (5-3). This meant he finished ahead of Hamilton and Brooks who finished level on 8 points.
Ted Evetts put himself top currently of the fourth placed players after a six point display from 'Super Ted' which puts him ahead of Geert Nentjes and Matthew Edgar at this early stage.
The broadcast starts daily at 09:30 am. All matches can be viewed via the streaming service PDC TV. The top three players in each group, along with the five best fourth-placed players, will qualify for the 35-player second phase. The first phase will be played from August 31 till September 28 across then match days.
