Gerwyn Price had to wait almost three months, but next Monday The Iceman can finally participate in a PDC tournament again.
The reigning world champion and current number one in the world played his last tournament at a Players Championship in Milton Keynes on March 19. Price then lost in the final to Peter Wright, after he had won a floor tournament two days earlier.
Subsequently, the Welshman tested positive for Coronavirus, which prevented Price from participating in the Premier League Darts and also he had to miss the Super Series in Niedernhausen.
If Price can show a negative test more than two months after his infection, then The Iceman can finally make his comeback during the fourth PDC Super Series (June 14-17).
