Peter Wright claimed two points in the Premier League Darts after an impressive comeback to overcome Nathan Aspinall 8-5.
Aspinall started with a break in the first leg and led 5-3 after eight legs. However Wright landed a 11-darter and a superb 85 checkout to level the match. At that time he held a 100% record on the finishes.
The Scotsman missed his first dart on the double in the 11th leg but took out 56 to move 6-5 ahead with a 12-darter. He doubled his lead with a 13-dart leg, before securing the victory with a clinical 72 finish as he hit eight from ten darts on the doubles.
