Zonneveld, Mol and Van Duivenbode into PDC European Development Tour Event One Last 16

The Last 16 is confirmed in the opening tournament of the season on the European Development Tour with a very Dutch heavy feel to the latter stages in Niedernhausen.

Among the leading lights include Niels Zonneveld who will face Mike van Duivenbode in the Last 16 for a spot in the Quarter-Finals.

It is a return to action for 'The Pigeon' who announced a sabbatical from the sport before the Coronavirus pandemic.

Damian Mol has been in superb form at times with the former Development Tour winner looking to add to his tally. He will face Bertus Herks in the Last 16.

Other names through include Maikel Verberk, Jurjen van der Velde and Gian van Veen in the first of six events this weekend.

There will be two a day until Sunday as part of two weekends of action. The winner of the European Development Tour claims a Tour Card and World Championship spot.
