Bradly Roes will soon play at two World Championships. After first qualifying for Junior Darts Corporation (JDC) World final, this weekend the 17-year-old Dutchman also qualified for the semi-finals of the World Youth in the WDF.
Roes will play at Alexandra Palace in December, where he will face Leighton Bennett in the final of the JDC Championship.
Last weekend at the qualifying tournament in Assen, Holland, he also secured his spot at Lakeside. Roes will start the tournament in the semi-finals.
"In the beginning it was very difficult, then luckily I played a bit better. In the final against Tinus van Tiel I almost lost a 4-2 lead. In the deciding leg it was very exciting and I could finally hit double 20, and normally that is not my favourite double", Roes laughs.

Short stay in darts
Roes is not really known to the general public yet. "I am 17 years old and I come from The Hague", he introduces himself briefly. "I have been playing for about three and a half years now and I also play in a super league. I have also won some smaller tournaments."
