Keane Barry claimed victory in the JDC International Open in Gibraltar as the action continues at the Festival of Darts.

Barry was his most impressive in the final where he averaged 100 in edging out BDO World Youth Championship finalist, Nathan Girvan 6-5.

He also defeated current JDC World Youth Champion, Jurjen Van der Velde with relative ease after the match was hyped up before hand.

The Irish ace will be one of the favourites going into the early stages of the JDC World Youth Championship.

Also as a result, with him involved in the Tom Kirby Irish Matchplay Final we could see him twice at the Alexandra Palace this December.
