Adrian Lewis was the best on Saturday night at an exhibition tournament in Boston, England. 'Jackpot' dealt with old-rival Raymond van Barneveld in the final.
In addition to Lewis, Scott Williams, Simon Whitlock and Phil Taylor were also at the event. Phil Taylor did not participate in the tournament, but did do a Q&A with the audience in attendance. Both semifinals went over the full seven legs. Van Barneveld won 4-3 over Williams, while Lewis managed to beat Whitlock by the same figures. The final was a lot less exciting. Lewis won the title by beating 'Barney' 5-1.
Many world top players play exhibitions during this period. Not primarily for a nice extra pocket money, but also to keep up match rhythm ahead of the World Darts Championship.
