🇵🇭 Alexis Toylo wins his 4th (!!) title on the Asian Tour this year, beating Haruki Muramatsu 5-4 in the final. Still 16 events to go, but he might be getting ready for a World Championship-debut already in December.
Alexis Toylo continues to reign supreme on the PDC Asian Tour. The Filipino managed to win another tournament on the Asian circuit on Saturday, taking his tally to four titles already, with just seven events played so far this season.
Toylo successively defeated Odkhuu Kunhdaganai (4-3), Hiroki Yamaguchi (4-0), Bobby Jr. Geba (4-1), Sandro Sosing (4-0), Ryusei Azemoto (4-2), Tomoya Goto (5-3) and Haruki Muramatsu (5-4). After seven of 24 Asian Tour tournaments, Toylo has already built a nice lead on the Asian Tour Order of Merit. Toylo, meanwhile, already stands at $9,000. He is followed by his Filipino compatriots Paolo Nebrida (3650 dollars) and Sandro Eric Sosing (3100 dollars). Completing the top four for now is Shusaku Nakamura (2400 dollars).
