Beau Greaves doubles up on opening weekend of PDC Women's Series 2025 after exciting final win over Gemma Hayter in tournament 4

Beau Greaves has won another tournament this Sunday evening at the 2025 PDC Women's Series. After taking overall victory at PDC Women's Series event 3 earlier in the afternoon, she also hit the ground running at the fourth event later in the day.

The 21-year-old Englishwoman reached the final after wins over Marlene Barcelos (4-3), Holly Glet (4-0), Maret Lirri (4-1), Lisa Ashton (5-2) and Kirsi Viinikainen (5-1). In the final match, she met Gemma Hayter, after Hayter prevailed against Jade Gofford (4-0), Stefanie Luck (4-2), Greta Tekauer (4-1), Chelsea Campbell (4-0), Jo Locke (5-2) and Neuzza Araujo (5-3).

It then became a high-level women's final in which Greaves threw 89.77 average and Hayter even 92.93. Hayter managed to keep her own legs nicely in the beginning of the match, including a 110 finish and a 13-darter. She was ahead 4-3 and needed just one more leg for the win. Greaves forced a final leg, then Hayter started the leg-decider with a 180 score. She was not out in five visits, however, after which Greaves took the win with a 14-darter.

How much prize money is up for grabs at the PDC Women's Series?

If there are at least 128 players competing, the PDC Women's Series participants will be awarded prizes from the last 64, with fifty pounds for reaching this round. If there are fewer than 128 players, the counter only starts running from the last 32. In that case they do collect one hundred pounds.

This amount eventually keeps increasing. A final place already earns 1,000 pounds anyway. The winner of the tournament receives 2,000 pounds in prize money. The number one of the Women's Series Order of Merit gets to compete at the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship, while the number two also gets to compete at Alexandra Palace.
