In February, the PDC circus kicks fully back into gear. After a quieter January, which featured the conclusion of the 2026 PDC World Darts Championship and only the World Series events for the top players, all PDC Tour Card holders can get back to full action in February.
February 1: Winmau World Masters
This first ranking tournament of the new season starts at the end of January, but Finals Day takes place on February 1. The Arena MK in Milton Keynes will crown a successor to Luke Humphries, who edged Jonny Clayton 6-5 in last year’s final. It’s also one of the few majors Luke Littler has yet to win.
Since the event was fully revamped last year, this major now counts toward the rankings. The top 24 of the world rankings are seeded directly, with eight additional spots available via the qualifying event played on January 28.
February 5: Premier League Darts begins
Thursday, February 5 marks the start of the
Premier League Darts 2026 in Newcastle. As in recent years, the selection sparked debate again. Among those missing out were Danny Noppert, James Wade, and Nathan Aspinall. Gerwyn Price and Stephen Bunting did make the cut.
New this year is the Premier League’s first-ever visit to Belgium. The second league night is set for Thursday, February 12 in Antwerp, where the Afas Dôme will host the world’s best players.
Later in the month, league nights will also be staged in Glasgow (February 19) and Belfast (February 26).
February 7: PDC Women's Series begins
The first four events of the PDC
Women's Series are scheduled for the weekend of February 7 and 8. Last year, this circuit was completely dominated by Beau Greaves, as the 21-year-old Englishwoman won the last thirteen tournaments. It remains to be seen whether she will be just as dominant this year.
Greaves now holds a PDC Tour Card and will therefore combine this circuit with her
Pro Tour appearances. The top 3 in the final Women’s Series standings earns a place at the 2027 World Darts Championship, and the Women’s Series winner also qualifies for the upcoming Grand Slam of Darts.
Beau Greaves dominated the PDC Women's Series last year.
February 9: Players Championship begins
February 9 is a date that all new
PDC Tour Card holders will have marked in bold. That’s when they can showcase their skills for the first time at the
Players Championship. Events will be played in Hildesheim on February 9 and 10. Tournaments three and four are set for Wigan on February 16 and 17, and the month concludes with events five and six in Leicester.
February 11 and 18: European Tour qualifiers for PDC Tour Card holders
On February 11, qualifiers will be held for the first two events of the 2026
European Tour (Poland Darts Open and European Darts Trophy). The top 16 of the
Pro Tour Order of Merit and the top 16 of the PDC Order of Merit are seeded directly into the main draw. Additionally, ten tickets are available to PDC Tour Card holders.
On February 18, qualifiers will be staged for
European Tour events 3 and 4, namely the Belgian Darts Open and the German Darts Grand Prix.
February 20: Poland Darts Open
Friday, February 20 sees the 2026
European Tour kick off with the Poland Darts Open in Krakow. It’s the first time the European Tour visits Poland, though a World Series event has been held in the country in recent years.
February 20-22: PDC Development Tour begins
On the same weekend as the Poland Darts Open, the PDC
Development Tour also gets underway. The first five tournaments on this circuit for players aged 16 to 23 (who are not in the top 32 of the PDC Order of Merit) will take place in Leicester.
The top two in the final PDC
Development Tour Order of Merit after 24 events receive a Tour Card to compete on the PDC
Pro Tour in 2027 and 2028. The top three of the PDC Development Tour Order of Merit will qualify for the 2027 World Darts Championship. The Order of Merit winner will qualify for the 2026 Grand Slam of Darts. Additionally, the top 8 players on the 2026 Development Tour Order of Merit (who do not hold a Tour Card for the 2027 season) will enter the first round of the 2027 UK Open.
