Clinical Cross claims Ratajski epic, Rodriguez reaches back-to-back European Tour Quarter-Finals with Gurney win

The Quarter-Finals continue to take shape at the European Darts Grand Prix and the second match will see Rob Cross face Rowby-John Rodriguez in Stuttgart.

Cross sealed his spot in the last eight after a truly epic display to down Krzysztof Ratajski who lost out 6-4 despite averaging 106.

'Voltage' recovered from 3-1 down in the tie and produced a flawless doubling display hitting 6/6 on the doubles, four 180's and a 170 checkout. Having reached two European Tour finals this season, could it yet be his time to finally seal a maiden title?

Or will it be Rowby-John Rodriguez who goes all the way with 'Little John' continuing to show his exceptional form in a 6-3 win over Daryl Gurney.

Albeit he saw off a struggling 'Superchin', it was four 180's and 50% on the doubles for the Austrian who reaches back-to-back European Tour Quarter-Finals.
